Our full day horse camp is nothing but horsin’ around.  Campers get a full day of catching, grooming, saddling, and riding.  Each camper is assigned to a horse or pony to work with for the week.  Our campers do not do horse sharing.  Each camper will also learn about horse care, the cost of ownership, and stable management practices like cleaning and feeding.

Campers are divided into skill groups based on their previous riding experience.

Campers will take lessons, trail rides, play games on horseback, and practice mounted drills to music, etc.  Campers will also work on horse husbandry and learn about chores associated with owning and caring for horses.

Each camper will have a lunch break and an afternoon snack time. Campers must bring a lunch, snack, and drinks.  Remember to pack lunches in sturdy bags or containers so our friendly squirrel population doesn’t get to share your lunch

Program Option: During several of the weeks of camp, campers are invited to stay over on Wednesday night. This is a great experience for kids uncertain about a week-long overnight camp. We will provide the campers with dinner, breakfast, a sack lunch, and snack; they just need to bring a bed roll, and a pad for their bunk in the covered wagons. Click here to open our covering camping supply list. The cost is $60, and you must sign up ahead of time.

You have 2 ways to register for camp.
1. You can use our online registration service.
2.  Print and mail in the camp registration form,  release form, and medical form from our website.

A $100 deposit is required to secure a spot in this camp.

The remainder of the camp balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to the first day of camp.
